A quality range of ventilation fans manufactured by Manrose and branded for our very own Elex brand. Designed for wall, ceiling or window mounting, this comprehensive range offers a wide selection of models for use in larger bathrooms, toilets, kitchens, cloakrooms, en-suites and utility rooms.

• Over run timer leaves the fan operational up to 15 minutes (adjustable) after fan is turned off
• Extract rate of 230 cubic mtrs/hr or 64 litres per second
• Manufactured using high ABS thermoplastics for strength and durability, aesthetics and easy cleaning
• Designed to comply with the Building Regulations on Ventilation (F1)

The fan must not be accessible to a person using either the shower or bath and mounted a minimum of 1.8 metres from the floor.
