We've made it as easy as possible for you... shop online at however if you have any queries about shopping online please contact our customer service team on 01484 718888 they will be happy to guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.

Adding to Cart

As you browse through the site, you can quickly 'Add to Cart' items you see from the search or category pages. If you require more detail, simply click the item to get more information. From the product page, you can change the quantity of items you want to order and 'Add to Cart' from there. On some items there will only be a 'Price Match' button. This is a brand new service where you can tell us where you found an item elsewhere, for cheaper, and we can pricematch or better it for you.

On other items you will see only an 'Enquire' button where the 'Add to Cart' button should be. This is for items that require a larger processing time or for pre-order products. This will take you to a simple fill-in form that will generate an email and be responded to in due course.


We offer various ways for you to pay for your order, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, American Express and Paypal. Please note we can only accept one method of payment per order.

Please note we reserve the right to refuse any transaction that we deem to be high risk and reserve a further right to request proof of identity or proof of address.

Please ensure where possible the card you are using is a UK bank card and is registered to your current UK address and the delivery address is a UK registered address with full postcode. Please note the delivery address can not be changed once the payment as been processed and the order confirmed.
